Villa Oliviers is an incredibly charming villa located in Le Rouret. The very comfortable and bright living area opens onto a balcony, from which one can access the pool area and garden below. There is a second living area which has been wonderfully decorated in a Moroccan stlye and also opens onto the balcony. This room has a ceiling which is completely glass, letting in loads of natural light, and is equipped with retractable blinds, providing shade when desired. The dining area overlooks the main living area and the balcony and views of the countryside beyond. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and includes another eating area. From the kitchen, large glass doors open onto another terrace which is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor meals. The three bedrooms are all of good size and have glass doors opening onto the side garden. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and the two other bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. There are another 2 single beds available in the Moroccan style living room. The garden and pool have just been completely renovated. The pool is beautifully tiled and quite long, perfect for summer swims. There are plenty of sun loungers and table and chairs around the pool for relaxing and meals. Villa Oliviers is located in a cul de sac and therefore has absolutely no road noise. It is truly a wonderful and cosy place to spend a summer holiday.
