Villa NiceVueMer is a lovely, large 5 bedroom/5 bathroom villa located in the Hauteurs de Nice with wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the Alps Mountains on the other. Placed at the end of a cul-de-sac on a private road, this great property also enjoys privacy and quiet. The villa is beautifully built with a large entrance, lovely arches, large living room and many terraces that all contribute to its unique character. Tiled throughout, the villa stays a comfortable temperature in the summertime. The large living area is the center of the interior of Villa NiceVueMer. It is bright, comfortable and has a great opening onto the outside terrace which overlooks the pool. There is comfortable seating on the terrace and the views of the Med Sea are fantastic from here. The terrace also has steps leading down to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an adjoining dining room as well as a side terrace which is shaded and equipped with dining table and chairs and a charcoal barbecue. The master bedroom is also located on this main floor. It has an ensuite bathroom and opens onto a smaller terrace leading down to the pool area. There is one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom located on the upper floor. The other 3 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, are located on the lower floor. Each of these bedrooms open directly onto the pool area. The pool area is private and the pool is in an L-shape. There is a diving board in the deeper end, where the shallow end has pool steps leading into it and is great for children to play in. The many sunbeds have shade from a large electric awning. The garden is fully enclosed and mostly flat, which is great for children. Villa NiceVueMer is a wonderful property in which to holiday and relax. It is also in a great location, just a few kilometers to the fantastic beaches of Nice, great restaurants and shops. What a lovely holiday retreat!
