Villa La Roquette is a charming 3 bedroom villa located in La Roquette sur Siagne, which is close to Cannes. The living area, dining room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor. The third bedroom and en-suite bathroom have a separate entrance on the ground floor. Each bedroom has a double bed which can be separated into two singles if needed. One can view the Mediterranean Sea from every room in the villa except for the kitchen. The living area is bright and comfortable and opens onto a long balcony on which there is a table and chairs ready for outdoor meals. One of the two first floor bedrooms also open onto this balcony. The dining room has two huge sliding glass windows which offer wonderful views of the sea and pool area below. The large garden (20,000 m2) is full of various colorful plants and flowers such as mimosas, bougainvilleas, palms and flowers. The pool and surrounding tiled area has recently been added to this property and one can now fully enjoy the sea views while eating outdoors, sunbathing or swimming in the pool. This is a very relaxing place from which to enjoy the sites of the Cote d’Azur.
