Villa Romarin is a tranquil 3 bedroom villa, nestled in the lovely residential area of Roquefort Les Pins. It is just a short walk into town, where you have a boulangerie, supermarkets, cafes and a couple of restaurants. The villa is also well located to visit the local sites; it is just a 20 minute drive to the beaches and coastal towns of Nice and Antibes and also close to many inland villages, such as Valbonne, Mougins and Le Bar sur Loup.
The interior of the villa is all on one level and decorated in a very French style. The large living/dining area has a comfortable living area and also a separate mezzanine area with a sofa bed that can be used for extra sleeping accommodation. The living area opens onto a large terrace which overlooks the pool and garden below. There are steps from the terrace to access the garden and pool. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor meals and has a gas barbecue. The separate kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances needed. There are 3 bedrooms down one hallway. The master bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and opens onto a terrace which overlooks the garden. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and shares one of the bathrooms with the master bedroom. This bathroom has a bathtub/shower and sink. There is also an independent toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The garden is very private and leads down to the pool. The pool has a great "plage" or shallow area which is perfect for children or for adults to relax in. There are a couple of steps leading down into the deeper area of the pool from the plage. There is wood decking around the pool on which there are several sun loungers. The pool area gets full sun and is very private. The garden is partially wooded and also full of local plants and flowers. This is a very relaxing area to spend a holiday.
